Virtu Systems talked about the omnichannel approach to sales at the IV International Forum “All Banking Automation 2017” on October 18, 2017

Virtu Systems took part in the IV International Forum “All Banking Automation 2017”, which was held on October 18-19, 2017 in the Moscow Expocentre Fairgrounds. Product director of Virtu Systems Pavel Poloskov presented the system which allows to build an omnichannel client service.

The Virtu Systems’s solution allows to see all client’s history in different channels. It helps to understand the client’s goals and give chance to customize offers. Client’s information keep up to date when client buy new products. The system was built in order to make the sale process simple and increase the commission income of the bank.
