VIRTU SYSTEMS develops electronic insurance in Russia

VIRTU SYSTEMS presented actual electronic services at the event AEB “Electronic insurance in Russia”.

The conference “Electronic insurance in Russia”, organized by the Association of European Businesses (AEB), took place on 9 July 2015 in Moscow. Alexander Lorenz, Chairman of Committee on Insurance and Pension of AEB, was traditionally the moderator of the event.

The representatives of the insurance market Department of the Central Bank and financial policy Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation were invited to participate in the event for discussion of the regulatory framework and regulation of electronic insurance.

The law which legalized sales of electronic MTPL insurance policies was adopted shortly before the conference on 1 July 2015. In addition, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation began preparation of the bill for conclusion of separate contracts of pension insurance and life insurance in the electronic form.

At the conference Alexander Solomonov, Executive Director of VIRTU SYSTEMS, told about online services, different ways in their implementation and presented the solutions for direct sales, electronic activation of the insurance policy and aggregator which designed for distribution partners.
